Anon shitposting reinforces individualist atomization, regardless of the target of the shitpost. Both as the poster and the reader. There is no hope of collective action in posting anon; not only do you lack skin in the game, but the absence of a face or voice strips away the human presence necessary to create real solidarity.

@404 Yes, we are all hallucinations here. Taking anything on this board seriously is perilous. People will inevitably take this shadow puppetry seriously, leading to all sorts of consequences.
If there is a benefit to society, it's that the folks who aren't clever enough to understand that nobody here should be considered a good-faith actor will eventually be driven mad. For example, the Qult of Q-Anon and, before that, the Pizzagate nuts.
