I have been a facilitator/steward since roughly 2008, first in "action learning" then in "art of hosting".
Those are techniques aiming to help groups to talk together and to have conversations that matters.
It can be used to make relations in the group better, but also to prepare a big project, etc.
Not only did I facilitate numerous seminars, but I have also trained futur moderators.
