Actually it shows changes after the administration of the vaccine. There is no control group so they can’t distinguish between effects from the vaccine and from other external influences.

Yet this seems like a nice smooth self-own. In fairly clear English, the abstract states that everything the vaccine causes, the virus also causes. Not that a hypothetical copypasta-seeking Facebook-warrior need necessarily read and understand that, but at least it's an easy dunk for one of their exasperated friends/family.
