Ok, First UGLV is going to be a series of text files I will write having to
do with the restoration of the Underground. The Underground consists of much
more than just the hackers. Weather or not it is published by any t-file
groups, I will still be distributing it in #uglv on IRC, and by other various
forms of media (including, but not limited to: WWW, FTP, EMAIL and BBS's.)
This is the first of the series, and is an introduction.
                                -Abigwar
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We are sick and tired of our privacy being shoved out the door. We have
been walked on and kicked, Trampled like an ant in the middle of a stamped.
This is what drives us to the underground. The underground is the one place
where we thought we could take refuge. The one lawless street in an infinite
 city.

The subcultures of the world created this underground, ranging every where
from the vigilant hackers to the intoxicated skinheads and to the
 boisterous punk rockers.

We have (or had) our own media. Our own newspapers, radio shows,
newsletters, magazines, BBSes, meeting sites and our own subculture. We
struggled to establish an 'infrastructure' with the past relics of broken
attempts of forming an underground. And once we finally had it, it started
 to fall.

This nation we created was our safe house, A safety line as if it was
holding a person back from falling off a water fall on a roaring river. In
the underground we can say anything, learn anything, and be ourselves. In
the world we would face the consequences ranging from petty fines to death.
Yet in the underground, WE ARE THE LAW. John Smith wrote about the
principals of free trade, and the theory of the invisible hand, and this is
 what the underground works upon.

The underground is our nation, and people are muscling through our
invisible walls. The invaders are far from discouraged if they are not
welcomed. People talking of the underground to mainstream media such as
MTV, and the guttersnipe rats who trade their own safety for information
on the underground to the heat, --because they got caught for some crime
'related' to the underground-- are the traitors. Then come the invaders,
they study us through contacts they make. They spy on us and tap our
communications. What they can't learn, they fabricate. Then they make
 decisions.

They can do many of things. They can continue the 'sting operation' for
long, long times and create mass data bases of names, numbers and other
personal information. They can sell their fabricated information to the main-
stream media in an effort to turn people against us by making us look bad.
They can turn people into traitors who will do anything for the fame,
weather they know it or not.

These people must be stopped or we will loose our underground. If it wasn't
for them in the first place, we would not need an underground. I have dreams
of one day their will be no need for it -- One day we will be free. One day
freedom of speech, expression, assembly and all the others will be reality.
But untill that time comes we must preserve the underground.

                         A Message to the "LAW".

Consider this a disclaimer... Just because I, -- Abigwar, -- have sent this
file to someone does not in anyway indicate that they are affiliated with ME.
There for keep your fucking eyes to your own business and leave the receiver
of this file ALONE. At the time of writing this, I intended to send it to
random people, so in light of that- the person you just noticed receiving this
may not even know what it is about until after he/she has read it. In laymen's
terms, the fucker I just sent this to is NOT a hacker, or member of any other
underground subculture. SO FUCK OFF!
