New Gerbil Release

It took me a couple more days to sort out some details, but here it is - Gerbil v0.1.2!

New stuff:

• Fix some UI to fit better on mobile/pinephone
• Proper handling of server certificates (TOFU)
• Using listbox for bookmarks view
• Added post view (using gemlog.blue only, for now)
• Avoid breaking ASCII art on mobile displays
• Rendering text/x-diff and text/x-patch responses now
