Calm waters, is not just the name of this pod, it's also my favourite relaxation thing.
Nothing settles me more than a walk along the coast, river, shore, just staring at the water and enjoying the peace.
There is something, magical, about the power of the sea. I love to hear the sound of water splashing on rocks, the ebb and flow of the tide and the wind whistle across the surface of the water.
Sometimes, when everything in life feels out of control and insane, a few hours just staring out across the water really puts my mind back at ease.
