I'm pleased to note that this was an upstream bug, in CL+SSL, which hasbeen fixed. Anyone who installed Germinal the default way (Roswell andquicklisp) should run (ql:update-all-dists) and (ql:quickload :cl+ssl)to upgrade their CL+SSL and restart Germinal.
I added a line of code to explicitly close TLS streams, but I don'tbelieve it was actually needed; CL+SSL should be doing the right thingwhen streams are implicitly closed.
