After a big day out yesterday I wasn't tempted to go out at all today, a morning spent inside watching the cold showers come and go, a short afternoon ride up to Caulfield and back. From the weather out there anyone would think we were back in winter, not half way through November in late spring
Suiting the cold skies, passing showers and blustery winds, all I can remember hearing or seeing during the morning were some Pied currawongs[1] calling and flying between the larger trees. They'll always be winter birds to me
