I have. Back when I was working on 2nd Line Support for an application there was this one dev on 3rd line that was fucking magician as far as I can tell. You gave her proper logs and the issue was fixed in 15mins from picking up the ticket.
I hope she's doing good nowadays.

On the other hand, there was this one guy (in the same job btw) who was fucking batshit crazy. I won't forget the day he came to work with fucking stick of butter in his pocket for some reason and got angry that it melted.
Dude was surreal. From what I heard he's still working there. I hope he's doing good as well. I mean, he was crazy, but I loved the dude, you never knew what he's going to do next.
His desk was next to mine, so I saw some shit. One time he took a swig from olive oil bottle, because he wanted to see if it was tasty.
