Holy crap. You wrote this in the time it took me to draft a response to your *first* email. :-)

I just wanted to say: I like your ideas and applaud this tangible addition to the ecosystem.  I would personally love it something simpler than TLS could be used for Gemini.

I love the passion I've seen in the mailing list - it's gratifying to see others who care deeply about the same things I do.  My hat's off to all of the pioneers who have written clients, servers, and content for Gemini so far.

Okay, back to lurking.
