Sci-Hub, unlike The Pirate Bay or similar sites, is unequivocally a good thing. I don't have a source on hand, but lives have probably been saved by medical articles being accessible in poor coubtries. To deny the world scientific knowledge, in many cases publicly funded, solely to protect absurd profit margins, is so cartoonishly evil and horrifically vile that it makes me sick. I have no sympathy whatsoever for Elsevier. Unless it's instructions for a doomsday device, pirate it all.
