hello. to anyone who might be reading this, i greet you. at
this point you are either well-aware of my identity or completely
clueless as to the origin of this journal. i would hope it to be the
latter, but i do not think that is any of my business at this time. i
suppose it would be most prudent to simply explain who i am. i am
william nuremberg, m.d., and i am a big stupid jerk. it is for this
reason that i have decided to terminate my life.
