        Oh, You say 10222 is DOWN? Well, I have NEWS for YOU,IT IS..BUT
Us here at OCAP have some inside sources that have confirmed our
greatest fears.. 10835 is alive! Yes, The long lost cousin of
Carrier Access Code 10222.10835 is alive and working.. Aparently the
geniuses at AT&T "phucked" up when they were doing system maintanence
and they apparently let this one slip buy... 


        So OCAP enthuseists, I have OTHER news for you.. other
methods of obtaining *FREE* LD phone calls.. Just do what this says,


1+ACN+4225
+Method 2+
9 to get an outside line, Then digit 1 one for LD,then 1288,then ACN.
(There are NO menus or help options,You'll have to wing it)
-Method 3-
Carrier Access Code 10333 Has been rumored to work as well. (also from inside
sources)
=Method 4=
Call the an LD carrier (not yours) and tell them that you want to switch 
immediatly.Call LD all you want, for upto 1 week. Then switch to another,
Or back to yours.. Keep this up for no longer than 2 months,then they start
to catch on.. Use a story like, "I am trying to get the most for my money,
and see if your line quality is actually better...blah blah blah"

Call The Operator,Ask for Billing/Credit office...When she/he/it answers,
Tell he/she/it that you don't want the credit/billing office anymore,
wait on the line till they hang up.. The dialtone you hear will be
the operators.. Dialout all you want,they'll never know.. If they do,
just say you thought it was YOUR dialtone.
