Welcome to Nexø, Port 1965's gemlog.
For a couple of decades I have been on and off gopher — lately with Port 70¹ — and now I am getting acquainted with gemini, I suspect that the somewhat inconvenient file format of gopher has played a significant rôle why I quickly lose interest in adding more pages. In comparison, the gemini format feels a bit like extremely simplified markdown. And then there's TLS.
While I appreciate the lightweight aspect of both protocols and file formats, gemini does have more appeal to me, although only time will tell if its a keeper.
