In response to the charge that anarchist utopias are not possible due
to the 'inherent selfishness of human nature'.

i am very sorry comrade, but i cannot really see what you're getting at

i don't have any issues with anarchism because i do my best not to

exploit people if i can be consciously aware of it

as far as i am concerned, human nature has no real alethic component,

and only a deontic element --- there is no unified causal force upon

which all humans draw in order to access their humanity

what we /are/ able to do is reason about what standards of humanity we

would like, and start questing towards them, and if we do not need those

elements anymore, then i suggest we dispense with them, and come up with

some better criteria of assessment

the fact is people are either humans or not, and humans do exist, and

their nature has nothing to do with any of the scanty natural scientific

evidence about how people lived in early class society

------------------------------------------------------------------------

i am not pessimistic about anything in reality whatsoever. i am letting

the refreshing waves of perceptual experience arrive through to me with

absolutely no resistance, ambivalence, or reluctance.

i am fundamentally a happy, contented, and optimistic person, and i

suggest that you're going to have to comport yourself to me and my

attitude to reality

personally, and i hope this doesn't offend you, but i do not think it is

possible to actually 'know' or 'prove' that people will adopt

psychopathic manipulative behaviour when they are suffering from poverty

in fact i think that is not even a thought experiment or anything

coherent in language whatsoever---like Marx said in Kapital, robinson

crusoe was an Victorian accountant stranded on an island, and even had a

slave, like any good Victorian burgher.
