Some equivalent of Apache's .htaccess files would allow users to specifylanguages for particular files/directories.
One day, Molly Brown will recognise .molly files to allow things likethis, along with specifying MIME types for unusual/unconventional fileextensions, specifying client certificate fingerprints to restrictaccess to some content to certain clients only, etc., etc.
I don't know that this approach is the best way to do it, it's just theone I'm familiar with. But, I mean, "Content-Language" is a HTTPresponse header - there *must* be plenty of ideas out there in web landthat server authors could look to for ways to handle this.
