Attention Gemininauts!

I have officially updated the spec-spec just now.

SUMMARY OF CHANGES:

Section 1.3.5.3 (Text display) has been completely rewritten.  Theprevious optional text reflowing has been replaced with instructions to,breifly, wrap long lines but not join short lines.

IMPLICATIONS FOR SERVER AUTHORS:

None

IMPLICATIONS FOR CLIENT AUTHORS:

Clients now need to implement wrapping of long lines.

IMPLICATIONS FOR CONTENT AUTHORS:

Authors MAY (and are encouraged to) reformat their content to avoidhard-wrapping, so that their content can be displayed neatly on clientswith arbitrary display widths.
