June Update

All of the sudden I find myself already two weeks into June and not having added anything recent to my log. As usual I continue to work on my hobbies, and now I am preparing for final exams which will start next week. Naturally, I have a lot of catching up to do if I want to be prepared.

I have also been watching with great interest the situation unfolding in the United States, specifically the protests in response to police brutality. I don't pretend to be an expert on these matters, but what I have witnessed in reactions among my fellow countrymen has been roundly disappointing. One cannot feel optimistic that any progress will be made toward the betterment of our society.

At any rate, I will have to finish final exams before taking stock and planning out my summer. It looks like Corona quarantine will be continuing for some time, so I should plan to work from home on the projects of my interest.
