Over on the
instance of the distributed Mastodon social network, the hashtag #100DaysToOffload has become popular. Kicked off by
, people are attempting to blog something for 100 days, ideally but not strictly on consecutive days.
I think I'm going to have a go at this. I've used this blog and previous incarnations of it sporadically over the years. Most recently I set myself a new years resolution to post something half decent once a week. I kept this up for a few weeks and then failed miserably. Maybe if I try to do something less ambitious, but every day for a while then it'll stick!
I tried to kick this off on Monday, but I messed up my Emacs config. I use org-mode to keep notes, and publish this site. Unfortunately I made complete hash of reorganizing some config so that I couldn't update the blog properly, and then didn't find the time to fix it until Thursday. Of course, then my internet was out… so here we are five days later than planned!
I will probably write a bit about:
One down. Ninety-nine to go!
