New York City or Los Angeles? Why?
Both are hell holes, but I'll take LA because I live in SoCal and I'd rather deal with the devil I do know than the devil I don't.
What is your favourite game, and why?
Right now I'd have to go with The Binding of Isaac. It's quite possibly the perfect game in terms of replayability. Between the randomly generated rooms and thousands of items, every run is unique. But it also doesn't feel like a game where you're not winning because of a random chance. Honestly, I could make an entirely seperate gemlog about this (and I think I will soon).
Breakfast Club or Ferris Bueller's Day Off?
I have to go with Bueller. Though I will say I'm in the wrong generation to be answering this question.
You can have an abundance of only one - what do you pick and why (CPU GHz, CPU Cores, RAM, Storage).
I'd like to have an abundance of storage. When I think about it, that's the only one you really need nowadays. Clock speeds haven't gone up drastically because they can't, at least not damaging the CPU; cores and RAM are only needed if you're doing something that is computation heavy, like gaming or AI research. Now storage? There isn't a single downside to having terabytes of storage available to you. I'd call it my civic duty to fill those things up to their brim.
If one must die, which would you kill: Linux or Firefox?
Firefox. Too many Linux servers exist for me to want to kill it, despite the shitty code management involved with both of the projects.

Do you like re-makings/re-imaginings of films and TV series?
I am really indiferent on this question because I hate television. But I want to expand the scope of this question to adaptations of books because I think they're related. I really do appreciate them. Are they better? Well that's a different question. Books and film are two different art forms and both use different techniques to convey their emotions. Is Stephen King's _The Shining_ better than Stanly Kubrik's adaptation?

How to tell a story in a video game. The idea is really interesting to me. It was so interesting that I tried to write a paper on it in the 11th grade (I got a C on that assignment...). Doki Doki Literature Club is a game that comes to mind that uses game mechanics to their fullest extent to tell a story (no I didn't write my paper on that game because it wasn't out yet). I won't say what it is because it'd spoil the story, but if anyone reading this has played that game then you *know* what I'm talking about.
