A heinous hack which operates on these principles:

• FLAC will take unused high bits and use those as extra space to store compressed blocks
• You can truncate high bits from audio to force there to be unused high bits
• Makes the FLAC files smaller but adds noise since bits are removed.
• Turns FLAC in to a perceptually lossless instead of lossless format.
