Attempt 01
- 1 yellow squash
- 2 cups distilled water
- 2 teaspoon Better than Boullion roasted garlic base
- Bring water to boil in electric kettle
- Place boullion in pot
- Cut caps off squash and cut squash in halves to fit extruder
- Extrude noodles from squash
- Pour water from kettle to pot, stir.
- Split noodles to two bowls, microwave for one minute and repeat for all bowls
- Pour broth in to noodle bowls
- Serve
Complaints
Noodles too stiff; were not fully soggy.
Fam said too much garlic flavor from the broth.
