For every new e-mail in your inbox:

• Delete
• Delegate (and delete or archive)
• Respond (and delete or archive)
• Defer by putting it in your task management (and delete or archive)
• Do now if it is done within two minutes (and delete or archive)

Inbox Infinity

Summarizes to moving high priority contacts to other mediums (other e-mail server, phone, in person) and giving up on your mailbox.
