This card pertains to a resource available on the internet.

• If a group is "moderated," then attempts to post there are e-mailed to a moderation e-mail address instead of spooled.
• Moderators approve messages by adding them to the spool and reject them by deleting the e-mail.
• Some groups use "robo-moderators" which either do simple quality checks (spam filter, possibly dispatch to human moderator) or some advanced method (ex. dispatch to random on-duty moderator.)
