• Paid the 8$ for all the generators and have been slowly downloading them over time.
• Have tried using a water noise blocker while reading for two days
• Have also tried using gregorian chants + isochronic for two days

Isochronic

• Isochronic generator uses abraisive tones but its better than nothing
• They mix well with the other generators
• Sometimes like to bring it down to alpha levels since it seems less exhausting
