@briankrebs i see #Revolut, whose CEO is the son of if not quite an oligarch at least an executive at one of #Russia's state energy companies.
Revolut had ~$400 million appear on its books out of nowhere a year ago and got in trouble with the UK's financial regulator as a result (their auditor was like "we have no idea where this money came from").
Their initial response was a Trump style announcement that the auditor had confirmed all their books were in order, after which the UK rejected their banking license... but they were able to (probably) bribe their way out of the problem eventually.

I have heard on background that the $400 million came from Revolut's #Cyprus operation.
