@thelinuxEXP Ah, on the FS reference: long before Hans Reiser was known for his horrible crime πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ, his filesystem journaling became a big deal (if any Linux newcomers are wondering). JFS by IBM was a contender but not exactly popular. Actually, lots of competition with the regular ext2 ”default” that offered no journaling, ReiserFS, JFS, XFS and possibly others. I think Linux is one of the few OS’es with such a wide variety of offerings, historically and presently πŸ™‚
