It's honestly very off-putting and IMHO not in the spirit of FOSS. It goes in the direction of "having your cake and eating it too". If you want to enforce something, then put it in the license.
I guess if you just want to make a social/political statement, you can just write it somewhere and ignore anything not following it, that's the freedom you have. Yet, others might still violate your "contract", that's their freedom also.
