I know it's a lot of work. And we all need "down time" but watching media WITH your child (and letting them choose) is really important.

Don't leave them alone with whatever garbage might find them.

Try to understand what they see in it whatever it is. Let them know what you think.

Plus it's a lot of fun to share memes and jokes, etc from media with your kid.
