If it's from 2021 it's very young and might be "astringent" for a few more years.
5 years is kind of the minimum for sheng to not be a little overly bitter.
Though it's exciting to taste the young tea and try to predict what it will become with time. It will darken over time, become less green.
Hence the fun of tasting a little every year.
