There appears to be a bug in the user icons displayed in the web version of mastodon v4.3.1 on the notifications page. The same user icon can show up multiple times.
This has happened on many of my posts for the past few days.

@futurebird @john I have noticed this as well—it seems to be connected to the new clustered notifications on web (which I like, as opposed to each new interaction being its own line).

@futurebird @john I've been getting this one for a while across multiple instances. I think it's a more persistent and perhaps longer term bug than just that one.
