Depends in how you do it.
Of course, asking "are my facts correct" is a bad idea.
But if I do the usual fact checking, and after that is finished, I ask "are there sources that contradict my facts, please include links to that sources", and then check those sources, I may catch an error, that had slipped the initial fact checking.
I don't know any better way to do this, and no unchecked input is entered directly.
