@smallcircles That's one of the first things I heard when I joined an enterprise tech company as well. It's a practical way to proceed with any critical knowledge. It applies to tribal survival skills too. Humans can't afford for important knowledge to live in only one mind.
In enterprise we used documentation and cross training for such resiliency.
