Made some Loops API schema changes, notice the new `permissions` and `audio` attributes.
3rd party clients should prevent downloads and comments when appropriate (we can prevent comments in the backend, but not downloads obvi)

@dansup Could you use signed URLs to limit downloads, or is that kind of pointless because API access doesn’t require authorization, or something like that?
