ActivityPub Starter Kits will work a bit differently than BlueSkys.
When you create a Starter Kit, it remains in a pending state until at least 1 account has approved their inclusion.
Our Kits are Opt-In, and not just with the `Discoverable` or `Indexable` AP attributes, we will send you a DM to approve each list inclusion, or you can opt to auto-approve all if you desire.
This is the way.
