@futurebird I hear you. It seems that this task is not really assigned to anyone. The tide of the River goddess however took me away to Bernard de Clairvaux for a refill:
„Therefore, if you are wise, you will behave like a bowl and not like a channel. For the latter practically receives and flows at the same time; the former actually waits as long as it is being filled; and so it passes on what is abundance without harm to itself“ (Sermones in Cantica Canticorum 18,3).
