@arstechnica as abhorrent as this material is. I don’t want a big brother IN my phone. I have an expectation of privacy on my phone and its contents (99% dog pics). This suit is nothing more than a money grab. It would be the equivalent of suing every ISP on the planet for allowing this material traversing their network. It’s like suing the person’s parents for giving birth to the perp. They don’t have legal standing. Yes it’s terrible and you have my sympathies but you can’t sue the entire planet.
