@stefan I've been working on this for my website (fietkau.me) and tbh the biggest non-technical struggle is mapping content to actors and chronologies. 🤔 Like, if you look at fietkau.software it's all nicely laid out and explorable. If I want to turn that into ActivityPub, I have to decide whether I want one big "Software" account that posts every time I publish something new, or an account for each project's updates. And every post needs a fixed publication date...
