This is where I seem to be headed. I love learning things and enjoying people's creations and thoughts, but silence is so, so much better than slop.
I now seek out media more intentionally, and when I discover I'm watching something incredibly low effort, whether it's AI or just old-school lazy plagiarism and inanity, I turn it off as fast as I can—it's miserable to interact with.
