Once all immigrants and their descendants have been expelled, the country and its indigenous people will once again flourish in full splendor.
The only question is whether Russia will accept the expelled ones if they are not suitable as cannon fodder?
Ok, you could repopulate the Russian backyard. Russia is currently suffering from a lack of available human material, so everyone is welcome, even convicted criminals and bankrupts.
