Yet more monasteries

We’re going to visit more monasteries today, which we expected from the pilgrimage. I just wish we had more people along, or a different leader. But we don’t and we can’t change it, so in this case I’m kinda resigned to coasting through the last few days as a solid back-of-the-class C student. I’m apathetic, and I don’t think there’s much that could shake me out of this apathy that our gvidanto could do.

The two places we visited today

We visited 2 monasteries with the same name today. Nia gvidanto ĉiam misreprezentas nin, kvazaŭ ĉiu de ni estas kontraŭvakciantoj. He got really bad at dinner, railing against public schooling and the Democrats. I don’t know if he knows that, while I’m no Democrat, I graduated from a public school and work at one too. He doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

We venerated the relics of very beloved saints who were tortured by the Communists in prisons.

Frankly, the trip has been beautiful but nia gvidanto’s behavior has soured it and made it absolutely unbearable.
