Hey,
I'm exhausted from work, &c. &c.. I bought a cool new watch recently. The AQI is still bad here, around 124 last I checked.
Wait, now it's 135.
I've been cleaning the house a bit and doing laundry. My work schedule keeps me from housework until the weekends, which is annoying as hell. I like cleaning and making my space nice, so it's annoying when I can't do that as often as I'd like.
Now the AQI's climbed to 164. I'm staying indoors.
I've been listening to a great podcast from Ancient Faith Radio called Lord of Spirits. It's all about Eastern Orthodox spirituality, angels, demons, things like that. Here's link and the description:
The modern world doesn’t acknowledge but is nevertheless haunted by spirits – angels, demons and saints. Orthodox Christian priests Fr. Andrew Stephen Damick and Fr. Stephen De Young host this live call-in show focused on enchantment in creation, the union of the seen and unseen as made by God and experienced by mankind throughout history.
What is spiritual reality like? How do we engage with it well? How do we permeate everyday life with spiritual presence?
It's great! The call-in questions are insightful, and Fr. Andrew & Fr. Stephen know their stuff.
This is the political one I like. I listen to it via Apple Podcasts. Like Nebraska, it's honestly not for everyone.

Also politics, look for them wherever you get your podcasts.
