The SRCF

This page will eventually develop into an account of The Pubnix That Went To War. That war was fought on four fronts, to establish and defend a computing system that:

• allowed users to send and receive arbitrary data over the Internet
• was administered in a manner that was democratically accountable
• was independent of other organisations
• upheld a separation between administrative access and democratic elections
• was available 24/7/365
• was not dominated by normie groupthink
• was also not dominated by nerdy groupthink
• was owned and operated by an enduring institution, outlasting the involvement of any individual
