repeated articles
The repeated article problem has come up on many sites.   The following
fix appears to fix it but we aren't completely sure because we have
never been able to reproduce the problem.

Near line 100 of readr.c, change
	bit = obit;
to
	bit = -1;
This also fixes at least one bug causing you to have news skipped
until the next time you read news.  It clearly does not fix all
such bugs because it's still happening here.
