I don't see why jobs stuff can't just be posted to "net.wanted"
If need be, a special "net.wanted.jobs" could always be established.
As a matter of fact, a lot of the requests that are dumped into
net.general (like, "where can I find a thus-and-such")
should probably go to net.wanted (unless there are net-wide system
subscription problems which would reduce the audience...)
