loglan group name
I have recieved mail which is about evenly split between names for the
Loglan group between "net.loglan" and "net.lang.loglan".  Several people
don't seem to think it deserves its own top-level group, but others feel
that, since Loglan is not a computer language, it doesn't belong in net.lang.
So, comprimising politician that I am, I propose a new main group for
natural languages so that people could talk to each other in French,
German, or (horror of horrors) Loglan.  I would, thus, propose:
	net.natl.loglan
	net.natl.french
	...
where "natl" stands for "Natural Language".  Comments on this suggestion
will be gratefull ignored.
