Fix to readr.c garbaging the log
	articles.  Missing param to sprintf.  However, I have no idea what the
	param should be.  Usually with to.foo one would use the site of
	the article, but that's gotta be us here, it seems.  So I put in
	something useful for us.  Mark, this may be the problem trb had with
	nulls in the log.
Version: the release.

Query to Matt & Mark:  Does global canceling work?   I'm sure we don't want to
	bury net.general.xxx with it until everyone runs B, though.
