Afloyd.191 net.misc utzoo!decvax!harpo!floyd!trb Tue May 4 15:18:45 1982 holey obligations A fellow employee just came by with the annual US savings bond drive pitch. This request has nothing to do with whether or not to buy savings bonds. Here's my dilemma: The piece of paper I filled out and signed was a well punched Hollerith card. What does the Law say about the validity of an agreement (or whatever you call what it was that I signed) where the text is half punched out?
