That find is looking for old temp files, that is files
that begin with a "#" .  I've changed our entry to do
a "ls -l >> /tmp/#junklist" rather than removing the
files automagically.  I then  remove the "temp" files
by hand & warn owners of non-temp files that the files
should be renamed.
