Re: More on chocolate chip cookies
	Instead of chocolate chips and/or butterscotch chips, use
oatmeal and add carob chips.  Not particularly sweet or overpowering, but
a nicely understated, European style cookie.  Especially if you cut some
of the sugar and use sweet (not salted) butter.  Mmmmmm.
